Note // Colours such as ‘Mustard’ were used as working segment names before final names chosen

The Promotion.

A gamified ‘Which Persona are you?’ quiz to help Sky staff understanding of Personas.

Lanyards, posters, branded notebooks & A6 desk drops with cards to get information across the offices.

The Results.

  • Reduced Persona creation overhead in multiple team projects in the Customer Group with an estimated cost savings of £30k in first year of launch

  • Internal user feedback on the initiative was 62% 6 and above on NPS ratings
